Inventec comes back with their latest mobile internet device namely the Inventec Dr Eye. This Android-powered MID features a 4.8-inch touchscreen display, a 600MHz Marvell 624 processor, a QWERTY keyboard and Android 1.6 OS (Upgradable to Android 2.1). Samsung has unveiled a picture of the upcoming Samsung tablet. Dubbed as the Samsung Galaxy Tab, this gadget runs on Android 2.1 OS with the latest TouchWiz interface. This iPad competitor also features a 7-inch display, a 3.5mm headphone jack and a front-facing camera.
