Shenzhen-based company Mesada has introduced another one of its upcoming Windows CE6.0 powered MID. This still unnamed device boasts a 5-inch 800 x 480 resistive touchscreen display, a 833MHz Samsung S5PC100 processor, a 512MB RAM, a 32GB of Flash storage, a microSD card slot, 720p HD video playback support, GPS, 3G, WiFi, a mini-USB port, an HDMI port, a built-in 2000mAh battery and runs on Windows CE6.0 OS. Turbo has recently showed off their latest mobile internet device ‘T5? for the Chinese market. Powered by a 667MHz Samsung processor, the device sports a 5-inch 800 x 480 resistive touchscreen display, a 128MB RAM, a 256MB ROM, a microSD card slot (up to 16GB), built-in GPS, WiFi, Bluetooth, a 1500mAh battery and runs on Windows Mobile 6.5 OS. NTT DoCoMo has recently introduced the Lynx Sharp SH-10B at the Communicasia 2010. This gadget has a high-resolution 5-inch touchscreen display and works with Android 1.6 OS. The Lynx SH 10B also has a very small keyboard for thumb typing and a track ball for navigation.
