NTT Docomo To Release Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus SC-02D In Japan
NTT DOCOMO is ready to launch the Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus SC-02D in December 2011. Measuring at only 10mm thick, the tablet supports NTT Docomo’s 3G FOMA service. The Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus SC-02D also features a fast 1.2GHz dual-core Exynos processor, a 7-inch WSVGA (1024×600) display, Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth, a 3MP rear-facing camera and a 2MP front-facing camera for video calls via Skype. Fast-charging Battery Phone Case From NTT DoCoMo
NTT DoCoMo has unveiled the prototype of super-fast rechargeable battery phone case at CEATEC 2011. What makes this battery phone case interesting is that it uses a lithium-titanate (LTO) battery that requires only 10 minutes of charging time for a full charge. As a comparison, Toshiba’s Super Charge Ion Battery needs only 5 minutes of recharging time for a full charge and lasts for 6,000 charge-discharge cycles. [CNet]
